CHILDREN NEED FAMILIES, NOT PROGRAMS!

In this video, Ashley talks a bit about her story, she also shares some photos from her childhood and adolescence with the Courter family. She says children who are in foster homes are in need of families, not programs. Ashley's life changed when she left foster homes such as the Mosses foster home and was adopted by a couple of people who made the greatest difference in her life.
